What is Jiu-Jitsu Elementixs?

Jiu Jitsu Elemetixs is designed to help beginners and early intermediate students (white and blue belts) to master the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling with our own 10 x 10 Elementixs Program. We not only teach the basic techniques but also provide a comprehensive background of Jiu-Jitsu. Without the right conceptualization of the Dos and DONTs of this deep game, its almost impossible to grow into a great Jiu-Jitsu Player. Thus, our students not only embark on learning the necessary offensive and defensive techniques step by step, but also – and most importantly – learn the underlying principles, movements and the philosophy of Jiu-Jitsu and the Grappling Game.

Both individual and group classes are offered.
